Itinerary

We kick things off with an early pick-up from your place or the airport in Marrakech. Then we drive through the beautiful High Atlas mountains. We’ll stop along the way for some breathtaking views.

Next up, we check out Ait Ben Haddou! This place is a fortified village recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s been in lots of movies like Gladiator and The Mummy. It’s also a spot for TV shows like Game Of Thrones! After our visit there, we head to Ouarzazate – “the gate of the desert.” Time for dinner and a cozy overnight stay in a hotel.

After breakfast, we explore Ouarzazate more! We’ll visit Atlas Studios where many films were made & then swing by Taourirt Kasbah—an ancient mud castle that stands strong.

Following that, we make our way toward Agdz and join Draa Valley. This valley is really special because it’s Morocco’s longest river! On our drive along it, get ready for beautiful views of palm trees and picturesque Berber villages. We’ll take some time for lunch in Nkob or Alnif.

Post-lunch, it’s off to Merzouga desert via Rissani! When we reach those big Erg Chebbi sand dunes, it’s camel time! We’ll ride camels over the sands and stop on top of a big dune to catch an unforgettable sunset. After that, we head to our camp – blending traditional nomadic tents with luxury comforts! At night, enjoy some Berber drumming & dance around a campfire under bright stars. Dinner and overnight stay in this lovely desert camp await!

Rise & shine early for a magical sunrise over the desert. After breakfast, it’s back on camels to return to Merzouga where our driver will meet us.

Next stop is Rissani town – an old capital that’s still bustling with trade. Explore its busy souk bustling on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays—so lively!

After that fun stroll at Rissani Souk, we drive on to Erfoud and visit one of its fossil marble workshops. Then it’s through Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves until we reach Todra Gorges—a dramatic canyon carved by Todra River with its tall red cliffs! Perfect for rock climbing too! Feel free to wander around and take it all in. Lunch happens in a nice restaurant before we continue our journey through Dades valley with stops at “monkey fingers” rock formation—and some sweeping views overlooking the valley too! Finally, dinner & overnight stay in a cozy hotel.

On our last day together, we’ll visit Kalaa Magouna and see Rose Valley—a spot famous for its annual Rose Festival in May where locals showcase their rose products like perfumes & oils.

We’ll continue driving past different Kasbahs including Amridil Kasbah surrounded by palm trees of Skoura.

Then it’s lunch in Ouarzazate before heading back towards Marrakech through Tizi-N-Tichka pass & lovely High Atlas mountains.

Finally, we’ll drop you off at your accommodation or airport in Marrakech when our amazing tour comes to an end!
