3 Days Tour From Marrakech To Fes
Tour Overview
This superb 3 days tour start from Marrakech and ends in Fes desert gives the opportunity of camel trek, camp overnight in the middle of the desert (standard or luxury camp) and visit Rose Valley, Todra and Dades Gorges as well as World Heritage Sites Ait Benhaddou and Azrou.

Itinerary
Welcome to your exciting journey! The3-day tour from Marrakech to Fes starts bright and early. You’ll be picked up from the airport or wherever you’re staying. Then off we go through the stunning High Atlas mountains and over Tizi-N-Tichka pass. Get ready for some fabulous stops along the way to take in those breathtaking!
Next up, we’ll visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. This fortified village is a UNESCO World Heritage Site — super cool, right? It’s also been featured in lots of movies like Gladiator, Alexander, and The Mummy. Oh, and don’t forget about TV shows like Game of Thrones! After exploring, we’ll head to Ouarzazate, often called “The Gate of the Desert.” You’ll have some free time for lunch here. After that, it’s on to visit Rose Valley while passing through the big palm groves of Skoura. We’ll end our day driving to Boumalne Dades for a cozy night.
Good morning! After breakfast, we set off through Dades Valley. We’ll stop at a spot just right for taking in those spectacular views of Dades gorges. Next, we keep going to Todra Gorges, where the river has made an incredible canyon with high red cliffs. Feel free to explore the gorges and soak in all that beauty around you. Then we drive through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad. Lunch is up to you—a little break on our way!
In the afternoon, we arrive at the Sahara desert in Merzouga! Time to hop on some camels and traverse the sandy landscape. We’ll take a break on top of a high dune to catch one of those magical sunsets—it’s something you won’t forget! Then it’s off to your desert luxury camp for an evening under the stars. Enjoy some Berber drums music while dancing around a campfire—how fun is that? Dinner and sleep under those beautiful night skies.
On our final day, rise and shine! Catch that stunning sunrise right in the desert—wow! After breakfast, it’s back on camels to Merzouga where your driver will be waiting for you. From there, we head towards Rissani town, which used to be Tafilalet’s capital long ago. Rissani is still buzzing with activity and has a big souk that comes alive on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays!
After wandering through Rissani souk, we continue on to Erfoud for a special visit—a workshop where they make beautiful fossilized marble.
Next up, we’ll drive along Ziz River and stop for breathtaking panoramic views of Ziz Valley. Lunch break happens in Midelt before we set off again toward cedars forest — home to Barbary Macaques! You can feed them while exploring the trees.
Then it’s time for Ifrane! It’s known for being chilly with snow sometimes & adorable alpine-style houses—it’s called “the Switzerland of Morocco” for a reason!
Finally, we drop you off at either the airport or your accommodation in Fes. And that wraps up your amazing 3-day Marrakech-Fes desert adventure!
